The new “Home of the Panthers” this season will be the renovated Harrison Stadium, located on the southeast edge of the Drury ca

mpus and highlighted by the newly installed artificial surface known as GameDay Grass XPe. The synthetic turf contains components designed to meet the challenges of today’s usage needs, containing technology that far exceeds the systems designed just a few years ago, much less those systems installed in the 90’s. The actual turf is made up of Thiolon Yarn Fiber, the latest in polyethylene extrusion for multiple-use sports fields. Thiolon yarn has been used as the artificial fiber on more than 1 billion square feet of synthetic athletic fields, and has received FIFA's recommendation. The synthetic turf features a unique grass-like quality and feel, all-weather capabilities and unlimited usage. The addition of the new turf and planned renovation of seating areas and press facilities at Harrison promises to provide Drury with one of the top NCAA Division II stadiums in the region. The Panthers will also continue to utilize Hutchens Field, a fine, well-lit natural grass playing surface surrounded by general admission bleacher seats.

Driving Directions to Drury University

From Kansas City:

    * Highway 71 to HWY-7. Take 7 to 13.
    * HWY-13 becomes Kansas Expressway at Springfield.
    * Kansas south to Chestnut Expressway/Business Loop I-44.
    * At Chestnut, turn east (left).
    * Turn north (left) onto Drury Lane at the Shewmaker Gates.
    * Continue through the stoplight at Central Street and Drury Lane.

From Saint Louis:

    * I-44 west to Springfield.
    * Take the US-65 S exit, exit number 82A, toward BRANSON.
    * Turn west(right) on Chestnut Expressway/Business Loop I-44
    * Drury is the third right past National Avenue
    * Turn north (right) onto Drury Lane at the Shewmaker Gates.
    * Continue through the stoplight at Central Street and Drury Lane.

From Columbia:

    * Take MO-163 North
    * Merge onto I-70 E.
    * Take the exit, exit number 128A, towards US-63/JEFFERSON CITY/MOBERLY.
    * Merge onto US-63 South Towards Jeff City.
    * Stay straight to go onto US-54 W.
    * Turn LEFT onto MO-5.
    * Merge onto I-44 W.
    * Take the US-65 S exit, exit number 82A, towards BRANSON.
    * Turn west (right) on Chestnut Expressway/Business Loop I-44
    * Drury is the third right past National Avenue
    * Turn north (right) onto Drury Lane at the Shewmaker Gates.
    * Continue through the stoplight at Central Street and Drury Lane.
